CareMessage has been selected by the Community Health Care Association of New York State (CHCANYS) as a preferred partner for patient engagement and communication.

As New York’s Primary Care Association (PCA), CHCANYS is a membership organization that represents New York’s 70-plus Community Health Centers (CHCs). CHCANYS provides training and technical assistance to the CHCs of New York in areas including clinical quality improvement, emergency management, data and technology, workforce development, and compliance and operations.

CareMessage is the leading patient activation and communication platform for safety-net healthcare organizations, helping them to meet goals of enhancing patient communication, improving operational workflows and ultimately improving health outcomes. In partnership with CHCANYS, the CareMessage platform will help CHCs in New York to advance efforts to provide high-quality, affordable, community-based health care to underserved individuals and families.
