- Dive deep to understand what your organization wants and needs in terms of three key areas- technical competency, project management, and leadership- and align your personal growth plan to these wants and needs.
- Proactively use your 1:1s with your manager to identify gaps that exist, propose solutions, and ask for feedback to confirm your manager’s buy-in.
- Document progress, questions, and areas of improvement- and surface these to your manager on a regular basis.
